For the first time the actual room was better than the picture. Very spacious, comfortable and clean, with a great view of Gunung Lambak. Probably have been renovated recently. Good job!

I liked everything from check-in, room facilities, cleanliness and check-out process. Staffs was very polite and kept updating me on my early check-in request, much appreciated! (Extra RM50 charge for early check-in upon availability). Free parking provided. Good water supply and pressure at the bathroom.

the view, environment and location of the hotel itself is pleasant and nice. The staff at the frontdesk on the day was very attentive to questions, speak kindly thus making the check in proceess easy. room was ok, reasonable with the price. parking space at the hotel also was spacious.

Private parking available at the hotel. Have option breakfast. Due to pandemic, breakfast will be served to the room. Can add breakfast 1 pax rm5 if you bring your children together. Breakfast is nasi lemak only that pack in box. Room spacious is ok for 2 adult and 2 children primary school. For budget traveller, Single bed is ok to sleep 2 person (eg: mommy and daughter). Standard twin room with two single bed, is comfortable sleep with your children.

Been more than 10 years since I last visited this hotel. Choose it due to nostalgic value but really caught me by surprise as the hotel has been thru an external renovation and it looks surprisingly quite good for my stay this time. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room wise, just nice for my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely coming back whenever I'm in Kluang!

The interior looks so antique but stylish at the same time. The lift looks a bit scary but still ok. Room is big enough for 2 adults, 3 kids Not many choice for breakfast but it’s good & delicious

the room is spacious. very comfy with big window overlooking the garden. food is okay since they changed it from breakfast to sahur. staf is very friendly and polite.

The room was large. The aircond was very cold. Staff was friendly and helpful especially at the front desk.
